Sigma Tau Chi - House Restoration

Over the Past Years the Sigma Tau Chi Fraternity House has gone through many Changes that has helped its overall appearance and the way the house is ran. Many Alumni have spent many hours working on the house. Doing some improvements such as new bathrooms,water heaters,doors, new front porch columns and sign, refinishing floors and stairs, lawn care, doors New paint job on the outisdei and much more!!! We as alumni appreciate all that has put there time into making the house a better place. This section of the web site we help keep all Alumni up to date about the events and projects that are happening to make the house a better place.

We recently had a pledge class that purchased a $500 skylight. Daniel Cruse(Coordinator),Martin Fan, Paul Howell, Jesse Walz, Paul Cusumano, Richard Aberman and Dan Forth all of the Spring of 94 Pledge Class plus Chad Szakas F91 all went in on this one together.
It is going into the Coupe on the Third Floor which is also getting a new door this month.
I would like to thank all of those individuals. Now that we have all the bedrooms done we are set to start replacing the windows in the Party room(old dinning room), the bar area, the back kitchen and the main hallway. There is an attachment to this that shows all the contributors over the last two years. Also at the bottom it shows the windows that are left. The main hallway has three windows which will run about $240 each.
